| Hospitality Customer Reference Architecture and Integration Patterns | In this session, we will highlight customer reference architectures: mapping Opera product capabilities to customer capabilities, typical customer logical architecture, integrations, and how to leverage OHIP platform and APIs. Many customers continue to use legacy SOAP integrations, certificate-based authentication/security which makes it tough to upgrade, take advantage of more modern REST integrations and OAuth security. We will discuss how legacy interfaces can be replaced with more secure OAuth and REST based interfaces. We will also highlight the extensibility of OHIP platform and being able to create custom logic and orchestrations for customers.Using OHIP also opens the possibility of different integration patterns: request-reply, messaging, event-based to serve different integration needs.
